Martin Armstrong- Brilliant and Humanly Flawed
"We are all trying to do the best we can with our God-given skills and we all make mistakes and hopefully learn lessons along the way."
Martin Armstrong has a colorful background that can easily be researched in other places that do a much better job than here. Any search will bring up reams of info. We are attempting to enumerate in simple terms the brilliance of his accomplishments and also the flaws that pervade even the most well-educated and philosophical ponderers in modern times.
Living in strange times, or so it seems, but on closer inspection, the human species continues to experience cycles in what constitutes current dominant behavior. The most accomplished personalities can and do exhibit perverse leanings and beliefs along with some extraordinary achievements. Martin Armstrong has concluded many remarkable correlations in cycle analysis using the mathematical constant 'Pi'. To say they are astounding discoveries would be an understatement. Yet this same astute personality believes there are conspiracies akin to those concocted by the ignorant and under-achieving segment of the population. He is not alone. What is different (or is it really?) is that a few years prior he articulated articles warning of the temptations of subscribing to conspiracy theories. Rather than trying to analyze psychologically this change in direction, the more remarkable observation is how easily anyone can be diverted and find themselves on a crooked journey even one they previously warned about.
So- a lesson for us all: not to blindly admire any person's teachings or edicts and to be wary of our own even when intelligent dissemination seems to prevail. The human heart is deceptive beyond any measure as well as capable of great achievement and often, of wonderful benevolence.
